Thank you for visiting our site. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York. It is my hope that you will be able to find valuable resources, answers to your questions and even your next home while here. I would like to take this time to share a little bit about myself.

In my opinion, one of the greatest financial decisions that most people make in life revolves around the selling or purchasing of a home. Being a part of this process is something that I take very seriously. However, nothing brings me more joy than seeing those happy faces of my customers and knowing that I was instrumental in achieving their goals. That is what keeps me consistently moving in the right direction and wanting to be the best I can be.

Fondly, I can recall going back to the homes I have sold years later and seeing how families have grown. It brings me great happiness to see the many changes people have done to their homes over the years and how their pride of home ownership shows in those homes. It brings me great satisfaction to admit that I have sold the same house three times over. There is no greater compliment than repeat business and the vast client referral network I have built. Every past customer represents a unique memory for me and I never forget any of them. To this day, I still have the contact information for the first buyer who I sold a home to over 25 years ago.

The main reason I started this company was to provide the type of service my clients have come to love. My agents must answer to a high level of professionalism that comes with working here. I take pride in being detail oriented and usually wind up staying in touch with my customer and clients long after they have completed their transactions. Many people have told me that they automatically fall into their comfort zone when we are together. Over the years I have developed many close friendships selling Real Estate on Staten Island.

Staten Island has been my home for the past 37 years. I have three grown children and three very special grand children.

AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY’S RELAY FOR LIFE MOVEMENT
Join Us in Planning This Community Event Featuring Local Cancer Survivors, Friends and
Families to Support Cancer Research and Patient Services
WHAT:
 Relay For Life is a noncompetitive, team-based event, which brings a community together
for a common goal – eliminating Cancer. Relay allows individuals an opportunity to
celebrate the lives of those who have survived Cancer; to remember those lost to the
disease; and to fight back against a disease that takes too much. For the newly diagnosed,
Relay is a healing experience that offers a chance to meet others who have claimed victory
over Cancer. For the caregivers who give their time, love, and support to their friends and
family who face Cancer, it provides hope and understanding. It is truly a life-changing
event. Now in its 25th year, Relay has spread to over 5,000 communities in the United States
and 19 other countries around the world.
 At nightfall, participants will light hundreds of luminaria candles around the track in a
touching ceremony to honor cancer survivors as well as friends and family members lost to
the disease. Relay For Life represents hope that those lost to cancer will not be forgotten,
that those who face cancer will be supported, and that one day, cancer will be eliminated.
WHO:
 The American Cancer Society’s “Relay For Life of Staten Island” is an event that brings the
community together. Currently, volunteers are needed to lend a helping hand for this
annual event that supports cancer research, education, advocacy, and services in the Staten
Island community. There are many types of volunteers needed to help.
Survivors and Caregivers – Join your community to celebrate life. Inspire others and help kick
off your local Relay For Life event by walking in the Survivor Lap. In 2008, more than 500,000
cancer survivors walked in the opening lap of Relay For Life in communities across the country.
Committee Members – Join the Planning Committee in planning this celebratory event and
help make it a success.
Event Volunteers – Volunteers are needed to assist with set up, clean up, ceremonies, and
booths.
Groups – Local companies, community groups, civic associations, religious organizations,
schools, etc. are encouraged to participate. Form a Relay For Life team or become a
sponsor. Sponsorships can be tailored to meet a group’s ability to give. If interested,
American Cancer Society staff and volunteers are available to meet with your group to
provide information, materials, and opportunities.
WHEN/WHERE:
 “Relay For Life of Staten Island” Event will be held on June 13, 2009 at Wagner College.
Schedule to be determined. Register today to be a part of this amazing event.
- “Relay For Life of Staten Island” Celebration Kick-off will be at the St. John’s University, Kelleher Center. RSVP required.
Planning Committee Meetings and Team Captain Meetings are held periodically and
at different locations. For upcoming meeting dates, email
